On 5/18/2018 Dustin James Funk was arrested at Northside Cherokee Hospital, in Canton, after Cherokee Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad (CMANS) Agents learned that Funk had used a false name to receive treatment and pain medication prescriptions at the Northside Cherokee Emergency Room. Funk was initially arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Bartow County. Canton, Cherokee County, Ga. February 8, 2016. Agents with the Cherokee Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad (C.M.A.N.S.) arrested a Heroin trafficker last night in Woodstock. Chad Nielsen, 22 years old of Acworth, delivered 8.2 grams of Heroin to an undisclosed location in Woodstock where he was taken into custody.
